Dr. Shaima Tabari 

Biography

 Dr. Shaima Tabari is a Harvard-trained, board-certified orthodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. She completed her four-year doctorate in orthodontics at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where her research focused on Obstructive Sleep Apnea. She earned her dental degree from the University of Leeds School of Dentistry in the UK and went on to complete a Fellowship in Craniofacial Genetics at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA. 

In addition to her dual orthodontic specialization training in both the UK and the US, Dr. Tabari serves as clinical faculty at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA, where she helps train future orthodontists. 

Patients visit Dr. Tabari for Invisalign, braces, and comprehensive orthodontic care. She takes a holistic and individualized approach to treatment, ensuring that each plan is tailored to enhance function, aesthetics, and overall quality of life. Her expertise includes airway-focused orthodontics, complex malocclusion corrections, and craniofacial cases. 

She is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontics, European Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, International Association of Dental Research, British Society of Orthodontics, and British Dental Association. 

Beyond her passion for orthodontics, Dr. Tabari is an avid skier and is licensed in avalanche search and rescue operations. She also enjoys learning new languages and connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds. 

With her exceptional training, innovative approach, and commitment to patient care, Dr. Tabari is a valuable addition to LH Ortho Center and looks forward to helping patients achieve their best smiles.
